Steps To Visitation
Apply for Visitation
You must be on a person's approved visitation list to be allowed to visit. The process takes an average of 30days.
Schedule a Visit
You must schedule a visit for your desired trip date and be approved by your loved one to be allowed to visit.
Confirm your Visit
We will confirm all visitation statuses one week before your visit to ensure a successfull trip.
Start Your Roadtrip
Your exact pick up location and time will be provided on your ticket. You will be reminded 24 hours of your trip.
How do I start the Visitation Process?
You must be on a person’s approved visitation list to be allowed to visit. The process takes an average of 30days and your loved one will advised you of results. Apply for visitation on the Florida Department of Corrections Website, or by clicking here to fill out the form and we will submit it on your behalf.
What Can I bring on the bus?
We follow the same security rules as the Florida Department of Corrections. We do not allow any backpacks or large purses on the bus. No alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalias. What's your refund policy?
Refund available up to 24hrs before your trip, if you miss your ride, your credit will be applied for a future ride unless your loved one is no longer incarcerated.
